César Ruiz-Caricote
César Ruiz got a BsC degree in Systems Engineering from Carabobo University (Venezuela)
He is currently doing his MsC studies in Computer Science at Complutense University of Madrid (Spain), and working for a research project granted by the ILSA Research Group.
